What's inside our boxes?
That depends on which one you're talking about! We've curated many different monthly boxes including K-CULTURE and K-BEAUTY - all delivering a taste of either KOREA to your door.
The K-CULTURE box is for Korean culture enthusiasts, keen travellers, language learners and for the boldly curious in general! Contains Korean cultural souvenirs, monthly language learning material, monthly culture, history and trends magazine, delicious Korean snacks and more. Our most popular box - experience South Korea at it's fullest with our hero K-CULTURE box.
The K-BEAUTY box is for beauty addicts and Korean skincare fanatics - all the very best sheet masks, full size beauty products and cosmetics, curated in a beautiful box for ultimate pampering each month.
Items you'll get inside each box changes each month and the contents are a surprise. Check out our social media to see what's been included in previous boxes.
How do the Monthly Subscription Boxes work?
Each box is a monthly recurring subscription which means you will be billed every month on the same day of the month that you initially subscribed on moving forward. Your box will be dispatched after you are billed until you cancel. You can cancel anytime.
How do the Pre Paid Subscription Boxes work?
We also offer 3, 6 and 12 month pre paid subscriptions - you save money by pre-paying in advance and all you need to do is sit back and your boxes will be delivered to you every month within that period.
You will be re-billed for the same period once that period ends but don't worry you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Can I have more than one subscription at a time?
Yes! You can select as many subscription boxes as you like and have them run concurrently, there's no limit to the amount of fun cultural goodies you can have delivered to you each month!
How much do the subscription boxes cost and are there any hidden costs?
Subscription boxes range from £17.99 - £20.99 per month (excluding shipping) depending on which box you select. Pre-paid plans cost more upfront but work out cheaper per month.
How much is shipping?
That depends on where in the world you live! We ship worldwide - for the full list of countries we ship to and costs, please see Shipping & Delivery page.
How does billing work?
Once you subscribe, you will be charged for that month or that pre paid period.
Following that, you will be re-billed on the same day of the month that you initially subscribed on, if you selected a monthly plan until you cancel. For pre paid plans, you will be re-billed on the same day after the pre paid period is over.
Once you have been re-billed, we unfortunately cannot refund you but you will get reminders that your renewal is coming up so you won’t forget.
Do you use tracked shipping?
Unfortunately this is not a service we offer right now - we use standard international shipping via Royal Mail shipped from the United Kingdom.
How much is it in my currency/What currency do you sell in?
We accept GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and INR.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept major Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards as well as Paypal.
If I order now, when will I receive my first box?
All orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days, and depending on where you live, it will take around 4-14 business days for your order to reach you. For more shipping and delivery related info, please see Shipping & Delivery page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You just need to log into your account to manage your subscription including cancelling and skipping a box/renewal.
How do I order just one box?
Just subscribe to the box you wish and then cancel your subscription right after. Cancelling doesn't mean your order is cancelled/refunded, only that you won't get charged again for another box.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes you can - you can manage your box preferences, how often you receive a box and skip a delivery under your Account area.
Can I change the box I'm subscribed to?
Yes you can - you can manage your box preferences, and select a different box to receive next month under your Account area.
I have special dietary requirements/allergies
Unfortunately we're not able to cater to more specific allergies however we do offer Vegan boxes for our vegan and vegetarian customers.
